These terms govern your use of PortalHub's estate & letting agent software and website. By registering for an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that happens under your account, including any team members or agents you grant access to.
2. Subscription & billing
PortalHub is billed on a rolling monthly subscription with no fixed-term contract and no setup fee. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use PortalHub only for lawful estate and letting agency purposes, and not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt the service, or upload data you're not entitled to store or publish (including to third-party portals).
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the property, contact and business data you upload to PortalHub. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party portals & services
Where PortalHub publishes your listings to third-party portals (such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket or PrimeLocation), your use of those portals is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep PortalHub available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance or updates.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know of any significant changes.
